WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of your order for shop credit or exchange only. Shops credits will be honored for one year from date of issue. Please contact shop approval BEFORE sending item back to us. Item must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging. Please make sure that items are well - packed and insured for the full amount. We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange if merchandise is not received in its original condition.

Shipping costs are non - refundable and all costs for return shipment to DK Schulman as well as shipping cost for exchanged items, are the responsibility of the customer.

All custom orders, special orders or sale items are considered final sale and are non - refundable and non - exchangeable.

 

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED?

Despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact us immediately. We will replace your item and reship as soon as UPS has inspected and obtained possession of the original package .

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE?

DK Schulman will process and ship your order within 2 - 4 business days via UPS Ground. You have other shipping options at checkout. Due to increased order volume delivery times could be longer.
